Been watching a lot of Wolves lately and it's time to start jumping on them for bets, beginning in midweek vs Arsenal at home. They've dropped just one home game since march and it took a 88' strike by Heskey to do so. They're right at the bottom of the table but IMO they are much stronger than West Ham, Wigan, and Blackpool and the results are on their way. Consider they've just played Chelsea - United - City - United in a 2 week stretch and once Arsenal is out of the way they start a long streak of matches vs lower and middle table clubs including 4 extremely winnable home games.
In this last 2 week stretch they:
lost 2-0 at Chelsea despite playing on par with them all match
lost 3-2 at United with a stoppage time Chicarito strike to send them out of the cup 3-2
won 2-1 home vs Manchester City after being a goal down
lost 2-1 at United today in the 92nd minute after really being even for 80' and coming back a goal down
Arsenal will be a rough game even at home but will be worth a small try. The matches to circle on your calendar are:
Nov 13 vs Bolton
Nov 27 vs Sunderland
Dec 12 vs Birmingham
Dec 26 vs Wigan
these past two week have made me a Wolves believer though as a United fan I was real happy to escape with 3 today! <><>
